We are making great progress in development of our montain oasis! These pictures were taken at the end of December 2007 and the main road is in with lots being prepared for building.

Development of Royal Heights is in it's earliest stage right now. This being the case, in order to entice you as our first residents, we are now offering our lowest first stage prices!

This is not a cookie cutter subdivision! We have very carefully created 31 unique lots, taking into consideration the natural layout of the land, while also trying to protect the privacy of each lot as much as possible. Having succeeded in this, you will be more than pleased with the variety of lot choices.

Our lot sizes range from approximately 3/4 of an acre to 4 acres. We call them mini farms (fincas).

Most of the finca lots in the first phase will be priced at only $150,000 each. This price of course will include electric, water and terrace excavation along with quality roads immediately leading to and in the Royal Heights community. In general, as we proceed from phase to phase, the prices of the fincas will increase accordingly.

Employing German builders, we will ensure that the homes we build are of the highest quality. The maximum size we will allow at our development will be 3000 square feet including carport and terraces. Our beautiful custom designs will be in the Tropical and Mediterranean styles.

The starting price will be approximately $200,000 depending on the level of luxury you require. Please rest assured however, that regardless of price, every finca is truly unique and beautiful in it's own way. All home prices will include a swimming pool (with fantastic views) and deck and/or patios.

At Royal Heights, we are being very careful to incorporate, preserve, and protect the natural landscape in and around the community. We attempt to create a harmonious environment between man and nature. While nature has always been here, so to have horses for many years... so we plan to integrate 31 homeowners with the lush, natural surroundings that include howler monkeys, birds of all kinds, and countless other wonderful flora and fauna, as well as grazeing horses. This lends to a truly unique and dreamlike setting.
